WooCommerce CRM FAQ

LeadTractor creates a deal titled with the order number and customer name, worth the order total. The customer is saved as a contact (or matched by email) with their billing details, and the order's items, payment method and shipping are stored on the deal.

Pending becomes New, Processing and On hold become In Progress, Completed becomes Done, and Cancelled, Refunded or Failed become Lost. Partial refunds reduce the deal value. Developers can change the mapping with the leadtractor/woocommerce/status_map filter.
