Terms of Service
The terms for using leadtractor.com and the LeadTractor plugins.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LeadTractor (the "Plugin"), a WordPress plugin developed and sold by DKR4Software ("we", "us", or "our"). LeadTractor is a product of DKR4Software. By purchasing, downloading, or installing the Plugin, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Plugin on the number of WordPress websites corresponding to your purchased plan:
- Starter — 1 WordPress website
- Business — up to 5 WordPress websites
- Agency — unlimited WordPress websites
This license is for the version of the Plugin available at the time of purchase, plus any updates released during your license period.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Plugin or its source code
- Use the Plugin on more sites than your license allows
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the Plugin for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code beyond what is already available as open source
Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your license with no refund.
4. Payment & Pricing
All purchases are processed through our payment provider, Paddle. Prices are listed in USD. All sales are one-time payments — there are no recurring subscription fees.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect existing purchases.
Taxes may apply depending on your country of residence. Our payment processors handle tax collection where required by law.
5. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Plugin for any reason, contact us at support@leadtractor.com within 14 days and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Refunds are not available after 14 days from purchase. See our full Refund Policy for details.
6. Updates
Your purchase includes all future updates to the Plugin. Updates are provided at our discretion and may include new features, bug fixes, or security patches. We do not guarantee any specific update timeline or feature roadmap.
We reserve the right to discontinue the Plugin at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active customers.
7. Intellectual Property
LeadTractor and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of DKR4Software. The Plugin's source code is proprietary. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Your data — leads, contacts, and settings stored by the Plugin — remains entirely yours. We have no access to data stored on your WordPress installation.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all WordPress environments, themes, or plugins.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DKR4SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLUGIN.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
10. Termination
We may terminate your license immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Plugin and delete all copies from your websites.
You may terminate your license at any time by ceasing to use the Plugin. No refunds are issued for early termination beyond our 14-day refund window.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
